I'm a digital marketing strategist, mental health advocate, and mentor, from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Overcoming severe mental health challenges seven years ago turned my life upside down. It made me question my "dream career" in corporate marketing. So, I continued my education knowing I wanted to create something for myself and do things a little differently. More freedom, less stress.

Slowly my mental flexibility recovered and the brain fog faded. I started my business rooted in the values of sustainability, integrity, and community. 

Now I'm committed to sharing what I've learned along the way, living in "balance" as both a digital marketing professional and hopefully a light to others experiencing mental health.
